President
Kayla Tamaki
Kayla Tamaki is the President for ARMA SK and is the Director of Information Management at SGI, where she is responsible for developing and implementing the roadmap and strategy for modernizing the management of electronic records in line with compliance requirements and industry best practices. Kayla ensures the corporation's compliance with legislative, regulatory, and business requirements through enterprise-wide records classification and retention schedules.
Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Diploma of Business Administration from the University of Regina. In her downtime Kayla enjoys being active and serves as a director for women’s ball hockey in Saskatchewan.

Past President
Ruth-Ann Zantinge
Ruth-Ann Zantinge is the Past President for ARMA SK. She is a Corporate Records and Information Analyst with the City of Saskatoon. In this job role Ruth-Ann helps and supports the development and maintenance of the RIM program including program design and development, retention and disposition management, classification design and maintenance, active and inactive records storage, records management training, ERMS database administration, and support for ERMS users. Her position also assists with enhancing the City’s Access and Privacy Program.
In her free time, she likes to garden, kayak and cross-country ski (preferably on a beach somewhere)?

Vice President
Erin Frischke
Erin Frischke is the President-Elect for ARMA SK, and this is her third year on the board. She currently works as a Senior Privacy Analyst at EHealth. She brings numerous years of experience working with records management and access to information. When not at work, she is on the school SCC, or enjoying camping, horseback riding and spending time with her husband and two kids.

Secretary
Janet LaBar
Janet LaBar is currently the Secretary for ARMA SK’s Board, an advisor on ARMA International’s Chapter Advisory Committee, and works as the Records Management Coordinator for the Legislative Assembly Service of Saskatchewan. Janet develops and implements organization-wide records management policies, strategies, guidelines, procedures, and training for the Legislative Assembly Service. She has been in records management for 6 years and on the ARMA board for 5 years.
During her personal time Janet enjoys disc golf, pickleball, yoga and camping.

Treasurer
Dan Davies
Dan Davies is the Treasurer for ARMA SK and is manager, Information and Records Management for eHealth Saskatchewan. In this position he has been involved in developing a strategic framework to establish the high-level principles of corporation-wide recordkeeping that includes:

Draft and shepherd approval of a foundational policy to establish corporation-wide standards of recordkeeping,
-
Conduct assessments to identify recordkeeping and retention practices for each business unit
-
Compile a comprehensive inventory of all recorded information being create and managed by each business unit within eHealth, in all media;

Chair a Corporate Information Governance (CIG) committee promotes and evaluates records and information management standards and practices within eHealth
-
Current priority is working with a platform design team for adoption of M365 apps and the identified need for a ‘retention policy’, recordkeeping and disposal standards
He has worked in information and records management for 23 years and has been a member of ARMA in various roles for approx. 10 years.
“I have a younger twin sister (by 45 minutes) – she got the looks, I got the sense of humour”.

Membership Director
Michael J Cassano
Michael J Cassano is the Membership Director for ARMA Sask, he is also the SaskTel Project Manager - Records Management. He manages a small RIM group within SaskTel with key contacts throughout the organization. Mike has been involved in Records Management for more than 15 years and has been an ARMA Sask Board member since 2009.
‘Personal belief is that everyone plays a part in Records Management.
By each of us doing our part the end result will be great and no one will be overburdened.’

Program Director
Jenny Leask
Jenny Leask is the Program Director of ARMA SK chapter and works as the Corporate Records Manager for The City of Saskatoon. Jenny has worked in the Records Information Management world for approximately 22 years covering both health information management (in Alberta under AHS) and corporate records. My office is responsible for coordinating records management throughout our organization in accordance with The Cities Act. We create educational courses on what a record is and how to maintain it within the organization as well as create policies and procedures that correlate with Records Management mandate.
During my personal time I like to spend time with my besties and try different activities with my kids.

Social Media/ Promotions Director
Becky Hahn
Becky Hahn is the Social Media Director for ARMA Sask and a Privacy and Information Management Specialist for SGI. Becky has gained valuable experience spanning over 15 years working in government focusing on the various aspects of records management. She joined the ARMA board in 2024, where she continues to contribute her knowledge and enthusiasm for information management.
In her spare time, Becky enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, traveling, and going on new adventures.

Website Director
Peggy Slater-Johnson
Peggy Slater-Johnson is the Website Director for ARMA Sask and is an Administrative Assistant with the University of Saskatchewan where she has worked for over 20 years. A large part of her current role at the university is supporting and improving records management.
In her spare time, Peggy enjoys spending time with her family, going camping, and is a co-founder and Vice President for the Saskatoon Fiddle Orchestra.

Director-at-Large
Mackenzie Gosselin
Mackenzie Gosselin is a Director-At-Large with ARMA SK and currently serves as the Specialist in the Enterprise Information Management group at SaskEnergy, where he leads and develops the organization’s records management program.
A professional engineer by training, Mackenzie began his career in SaskEnergy’s Asset Information Management group, conducting pipeline engineering audits. Unbeknownst to him, this work marked the beginning of his journey into Information Management. To support the audit process, he managed pipeline records, which included classifying documents, disposing of transitory records, digitizing legacy files, developing file naming conventions, organizing and refiling inactive records, and overseeing an online repository.
“What began as a mandatory step in a much larger process evolved into a passion for Information Management and ultimately, a new career path.”

Director-at-Large
Susan Prpich
Susan Prpich is currently a Director-at-Large for ARMA SK. She is also a Support Specialist - Student Information Systems with the University. Her role is to support and train staff and faculty in the use of the university’s student information system and complementary applications. Susan has been working with student and university corporate records for around 10 years.
Ground Hog Day is her favorite day and she celebrates it every year by taking the day off and eating donuts

Director-at-Large
Lynn Sentes
Lynn Sentes is the Records Manager with the Ministry of Health working in a term position with the Drug Plan and Extended Benefits Branch cleaning up the network drive, addressing legacy files and creating work standards. She completed her Records and Information Certificate through the University of Toronto and received accreditation through ICRM as a Certified Records Analyst. She loves organizing and records has been a passion of hers for her entire government career.
In her free time she walks her puppy, gardens, reads and crochets.

Director-at-Large
Rick Stirling
Rick Stirling is a Director-at-Large for ARMA SK. Rick has held many executive positions in ARMA International including member of the international board of directors, President of the Canadian Region, Trustee of ARMA Educational Foundation Board and is a frequent speaker in both the United States and Canada. Rick was one of the original members of the Generally Accepted Recordkeeping Principals and Information Governance Professional Certification task forces and the ARMA IGP Governance Board.
Rick is currently a member of the ARMA International Elections, New Member Welcome and Content Development Committees. He is the President of WesternIM and has been in the records industry for 27 years and in Content Management for 32 years. Rick loves golf and is an avid golf player.
